   IN SOME AREA, 13 COUNTRIES WILL BE
   ADDED FROM 281500Z AUG.
   TOTAL NUMBER OF COUNTRIES AND AREAS ARE NOW 159:
   UZBEKISTAN, KENYA, COMOROS, REPUBLIC OF CONGO,
   SIERRA LEONE, SURINAME, SUDAN, SOMALIA, NAMIBIA,
   NEPAL, PARAGUAY, PALESTINE, VENEZUELA, BOTSWANA,
   MADAGASCAR, LIBYA, LIBERIA, ETHIOPIA, GAMBIA,
   ZAMBIA, ZIMBABWE, TUNISIA, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO,
   NIGERIA, BHUTAN, BELIZE, MALAWI, SOUTH SUDAN,
   RWANDA, LESOTHO.
