   SIERRA LEONE, SURINAME, SUDAN, SOMALIA, NAMIBIA,
   NEPAL, PARAGUAY, PALESTINE, VENEZUELA, BOTSWANA,
   MADAGASCAR, LIBYA, LIBERIA, ETHIOPIA, GAMBIA,
   ZAMBIA, ZIMBABWE, TUNISIA, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO,
   NIGERIA, BHUTAN, BELIZE, MALAWI, SOUTH SUDAN,
   RWANDA, LESOTHO.
