WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. 73 TON F/V HSIEH YI, WHITE HULL, EIGHT PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 25-46N 134-14E ON 07 SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
