SOUTH CHINA SEA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 09-46.7N 109-36.2E AT 250737Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO SINGAPORE PORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER, TELEX: 8720021, PHONE: 656 226 5539, FAX: 656 227 9971, E-MAIL: POCC@MPA.GOV.SG.
