PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12, DNC 23. M/V KINSEIMARU NO. 3, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 15-43N 131-43E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
Reading this warning
- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
