1. M/V ATTACKED IN 22-02.8N 091-46.5E AT 191700Z.
   PIRATES BOARDED VESSEL, STOLE MOORING LINES AND
   ESCAPED UNNOTICED, WERE LATER APPREHENDED BY
   BANGLADESH COAST GUARD.
   VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION
   AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
