WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN.
1. M/V PACIFIC EXPRESS ON FIRE AND ADRIFT IN
   04-24S 042-20E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
   TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2642/11.
