STRAIT OF MALACCA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL SILVAPLANA IN 04-12N 099-29E AT 070525Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO SINGAPORE PORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER, PHONE: 65 6226 5539, FAX: 65 6227 9971, E-MAIL: POCC@MPA.GOV.SG.
