WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 11, DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ AT 010438Z FEB IN: A. 17-44-52N 161-15-53E. B. 10-27-39N 129-19-26E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
