WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. 30 METER VESSEL CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT IN 33-01-24N 158-00-42E AT 212135Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957.
