DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 243 MHZ IN 36-06.0N 176-41.9E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD HONOLULU.
