1. THE UPDATED LIBRARY FILE AND VDU PATCH POSTED
   05 OCT 11 FOR LIBRARY H1356280 UNUSABLE. IF
   APPLIED, THE MAMALA BAY, OAHU, HAWAII HARBOR 
   LIBRARY WILL NOT DISPLAY.
2. NGA HAS IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND POSTED 
   CORRECTED UPDATED LIBRARY AND VDU PATCH.
3. SOLUTION: RE-DOWNLOAD NEW EDITION LIBRARY AND 
   VDU PATCH OR DOWNLOAD UPDATED LIBRARY.
