   APPLIED, THE MAMALA BAY, OAHU, HAWAII HARBOR 
   LIBRARY WILL NOT DISPLAY.
2. NGA HAS IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND POSTED 
   CORRECTED UPDATED LIBRARY AND VDU PATCH.
3. SOLUTION: RE-DOWNLOAD NEW EDITION LIBRARY AND 
   VDU PATCH OR DOWNLOAD UPDATED LIBRARY.
