SOUTH CHINA SEA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 05-28.6N 109-40.1E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO SINGAPORE PORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER, TELEX: 20021, PHONE: 656 226 4439, FAX: 656 227 9971.
