EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. HAWAII TO CANADA. DNC 13, DNC 25, DNC 26. 35 FOOT S/V WATER COLOR, WHITE HULL, OVERDUE HILO (19-42N 155-05W) TO VICTORIA (48-25N 123-22W).
