NEW ZEALAND-NORTHEAST COAST. BAY OF PLENTY. CONTAINERS AND DEBRIS ADRIFT IN AREA BOUND BY 37-53.0S 176-45.0E, 37-25.0S 176-45.0E, 37-25.0S 177-30.0E, 37-40.8S 177-43.6E, 37-58.0S 177-18.0E. VESSELS IN VICINITY ADVISED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT. CAUTION ADVISED.
