SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. PIRACY. DNC 11. M/V REPORTS ACT OF PIRACY IN 10-15.3N 107-01.0E AT 261920Z SEP. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
