SULU SEA. MALAYSIA. DNC 11. 1. TUG BOAT ATTACKED IN 05-27N 119-08E ON 10 AUG. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 200937Z AUG 18.
