GULF OF TOMINI. INDONESIA. DNC 04, DNC 11. F/V TMB, WHITE AND DARK BLUE HULL, DISABLED DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN VICINITY 00-14N 122-55E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
