WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. GUAM. DNC 12. 18 FOOT M/V THE LITIO DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 13-07.11N 144-30.11E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
