RED FLARE SIGHTED VICINITY 39-11S 146-15E AT 241155Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC AUSTRALIA, TELEX: 7162025, PHONE: 612 6230 6811.
