EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM AIRCRAFT IN 33-05.00N 134-41.00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ALAMEDA, TELEX: 230172343, PHONE: 510 437 3701, E-MAIL: RCCALAMEDA1@USCG.MIL.
