IN 13-46.6N 051-02.8E AT 081345Z FEB 09. MORE SIGHTINGS OF
THIS NATURE CAN BE EXPECTED AS SMALL BOAT OPERATORS TO
INCLUDE FISHERMEN, TRADERS, SMUGGLERS AND PIRATES TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF THE CALM SEAS IN THE GULF OF ADEN.
