PLEASE BE ADVISED THE WEATHER FORECAST THIS WEEK FOR
THE GULF OF ADEN CALLS FOR FAVORABLE SMALL BOAT OPERATIONS
UNTIL 14 FEB. ACCORDING TO THE INTERNATIONAL MARITIME BUREAU
A PASSING MERCHANT VESSEL SIGHTED A CRAFT TOWING THREE SKIFFS
IN 13-46.6N 051-02.8E AT 081345Z FEB 09. MORE SIGHTINGS OF
THIS NATURE CAN BE EXPECTED AS SMALL BOAT OPERATORS TO
INCLUDE FISHERMEN, TRADERS, SMUGGLERS AND PIRATES TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF THE CALM SEAS IN THE GULF OF ADEN.
