EASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. AUSTRALIA. DNC 04. 1. 12 SIX METER BUOYS, YELLOW, FL W 3 SEC, ESTABLISHED IN AREA WITHIN ONE MILE OF 20-23.27S 116-09.19E. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3181/22(93).
