NORTHWESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. PIRACY. DNC 02. M/V ATTACKED IN 04-28.1N 053-22.2E AT 220655Z OCT. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
