WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 19-26-05N 155-50-59E AT 230243Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
