GREAT AUSTRALIAN BIGHT. AUSTRALIA-SOUTHEAST COAST. DNC 05. EIGHT SIX METER BUOYS, YELLOW, FL W 3 SEC, ESTABLISHED IN AREA WITHIN ONE MILE OF 39-13.3S 142-50.3E. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
