EASTERN SOUTH PACIFIC. F/V HAI XING DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 13-52.8S 080-46.7W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSBILE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
