WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 05-29.0N 137-17.6E AT 090252Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
