AUSTRALIA-NORTH COAST. TIMOR SEA. CLARENCE STRAIT TO DUNDAS STRAIT. RED FLARES SIGHTED BETWEEN 12-00S 131-03E AND 11-00S 131-38E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC AUSTRALIA, PHONE: 612 6230 6811, FAX: 612 6230 6868, E-MAIL: RCCAUS@AMSA.GOV.AU.
