NORTH PACIFIC. STRAIT OF MALACCA. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ AT 310643Z DEC IN: A. 07-31-48N 097-46-22E. B. 18-36-57N 145-37-08E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957.
