SOUTHERN SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 03, DNC 04, DNC 11. 50 FOOT S/V CRESCENDO, WHITE HULL, DISABLED AND ANCHORED DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 00-20N 104-53E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
