MAKASSAR STRAIT. 1. SEISMIC SURVEY IN PROGRESS UNTIL 12 FEB BY M/V ORIENT EXPLORER TOWING THREE MILE LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 00-43N 118-48E, 00-39N 119-02E, 00-49N 119-04E, 00-52N 118-53E. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 13 FEB.
