DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 15-28.0N 145-16.5E AT 100206Z MAR 05. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM.
