WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 05-09-05N 152-08-02E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
