SOUTH CHINA SEA. INDONESIA. DNC 11. VESSEL KM HASIL LAUT DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 01-18N 108-05E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
