NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. 78 FOOT S/V VENUS, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, REQUESTING ASSISTANCE DUE TO NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT ISSUES IN 29-30.2N 117-31.9W.
