WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. 19 FOOT VESSEL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE. LAST KNOW POSITION IN VICINITY MOKIL (06-40N 159-46E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
