MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT A LARGE NUMBER OF TOXIC OBJECTS, VERY DANGEROUS TO HUMAN HEALTH WERE REPORTED IN AN AREA BOUNDED BY A LINE BETWEEN CAPE BRETT(35-10S 174-20E) AND THE POOR KNIGHTS ISLANDS(35-34S 174-45E) AND SEAWARD TO THE 500 METER LINE. THEY ARE DESCRIBED AS ORANGE FLAT HEAVY CARDBOARD TUBES, APPROXIMATELY TWO METERS LONG, BY 150MM WIDE, BY 25MM THICK. THEY SHOULD ON NO ACCOUNT BE APPROACHED OR HANDLED.
