PIRACY.
POSSIBLE PIRATE MOTHERSHIP ACTIVITY IN
08-58S 044-02E AT 191228Z MAR. THE AREA INVOLVED
SHOULD BE AVOIDED IF POSSIBLE. THIS AREA WILL
REMAIN HIGH RISK FOR AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS.
WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
CONDUCIVE TO SMALL BOATS. CAUTION ADVISED.
