WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MICRONESIA. 16 FOOT AND 28 FOOT VESSEL OVERDUE PULAP ISLAND (07-38.30N 149-25.76E) TO ULUL ISLAND (08-35.36N 149-39.61E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD SECTOR GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
