WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. JAPAN. DNC 12. 1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS 11 THRU 13 MAR BY M/V YOKOSUKA WITH SUBMERSIBLE SHINKAI 6500 IN AREA BOUND BY 26-10N 140-00E, 29-00N 140-00E, 29-00N 143-12E, 26-10N 143-12E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 14 MAR 22.
