WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 13-08N 144-26E AT 252102Z. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD SECTOR GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
