1. M/V HAKULA DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 37-26S 159-45E AT 161950Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC AUSTRALIA, TELEX: 7162025, PHONE: 612 6230 6811, FAX: 612 6230 6868. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 670/03(83), FALSE ALERT.

- Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
