1. 11.5 METER S/V EXOCET GRAND DUC, BLUE HULL, TWO PERSONS
   ON BOARD, REPORTED OVERDUE SYDNEY TO NOUMEA. VESSELS IN
   VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
   POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC AUSTRALIA, TELEX: 7162025,

Reading this warning

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Overdue vessel: A vessel has not arrived when expected and has not been heard from; ships are asked to look out for it.
