19 FOOT SKIFF, WHITE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD OVERDUE FROM TRUK LAGOON. VESSELS REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM.
