PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 11. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 08-42.3N 130-00.1E AT 241930Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, FAX: 671 355 4831, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
