MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE RECENT
TSUNAMI, AIDS TO NAVIGATION MAY BE OFF STATION
AND SHOULD NOT BE SOLELY RELIED UPON FOR SAFE
NAVIGATION. MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO USE EXTREME
CAUTION WHILE TRANSITING.
