WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. 17 METER F/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 28-30N 140-43E AT 070205Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
