SOUTH CHINA SEA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 06-49N 106-21E AT 200600Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO SINGAPORE PORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER, TELEX: 20021, PHONE: 656 226 5539, FAX: 656 227 9971, E-MAIL: POCC@MPA.GOV.SG.
