EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 41-19.4N 143-10.4W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC SEATTLE, PHONE: 206 220 7001, E-MAIL: D13.CC@USCG.MIL.
