PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 11. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL IN 12-45N 131-52E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO COMCOGARD SECTOR GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
